Jeremiah Martini
1 oz. Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
2/3 oz. dry vermouth
Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
The Old Fashioned
1.2 oz. Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
1 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon sugar
2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
2 orange wedges
1 lemon twist
2 Maraschino cherries
Place the sugar in an old-fashioned or lowball glass and soak with the bitters. Add a cherry, orange wedge and splash of water, and muddle the ingredients with the back of a bar spoon into a thick citrus paste. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur. Stir and garnish with a slice of orange, a Maraschino cherry and add a twist of lemon. Add crushed ice to the rim of the glass and enjoy.
Milk, Sand and Weed
1.2 oz. Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
1 cup of organic milk
2 teaspoons coarse brown sugar, cracked pepper, sea salt, grinded tea leaves (German preferred)
6-8 ice cubes
Splash of tabasco
Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Stir slightly. Enjoy.
Weed's Peaches & Cream
3 tablespoons Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
4 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons sugar
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- cup lemon juice
- cup heavy cream, whipped
Sprinkle peaches with sugar and set aside. Beat sweetened condensed milk with the lemon juice until thick. Add in peaches, whipped cream and the Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur. Serve over pound cake or alone. Enjoy.
Weed Whacker
1 oz. Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
Splash of Ginger Ale
Twist of Lemon
2/3 oz. dry vermouth
Teaspoon of caramel
Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake well. Drink with or without a straw.

Jeremiah's Famous Egg Nog Martini
1 oz. Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
3 oz. eggnog
Combine chilled ingredients in a shaker (no ice). Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Dust with nutmeg.

1/2 oz. tequilla
2 oz. orange juice

3 oz. lemonade
Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake well. Strain into a chilled, sugar-rimmed martini glass. Enjoy
Jeremiah Weed's Coconut Colada
1.2 oz. Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
1 oz. cream of coconut
2 oz. pineapple juice
splash of kahlua
Mix ingredients with 1/2 cup of ice in a blender until slushy. Pour into a daiquiri glass. Toss in a pineapple wedge and/or cherry. Enjoy
Jeremiah Julep
1.2 oz. Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
2 teaspoons water
crushed ice, fresh mint
In a highball glass, dissolve the sugar in two teaspoons of water. Fill the glass with crushed ice, and add Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur. Stir contents until the glass becomes frosty, adding more ice if necessary. Use the straw to push stemless mint leaves into the chilled julep mix for added flavor. Garnish with mint. Enjoy.
The Horseshoe
1 oz. Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
1/4 part triple sec
1/4 part lemon juice
crushed ice, fresh mint
Combine Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur, triple sec and lemon juice. Serve in a highball glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy.
Weed and Cream
1 oz. Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
3/4 oz. Bailey's Irish cream
Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake well. Strain into a short glass, rimmed with chocolate shavings. Enjoy.
Alabama Slamma
3/4 oz. Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
1/2 oz. amaretto
1/2 oz. sloe gin
1 1/2 oz. orange juice
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add all ingredients and stir. Garnish with an orange wedge. Enjoy.
New Orleans Tea (Serves 5)
1.2 oz. Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
1 1/2 oz. vodka
1 1/2 oz. rum
1 1/2 oz. tequila
1 1/2 oz. triple sec
Splash of cola
Combine ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake well. Strain into a tall glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge and cherry. Enjoy.
Weed's Wings
Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
olive oil
salt and pepper
garlic
onions
brown mustard
(Amount of each ingredient depends on personal taste and number of wings you are cooking)

Sautee garlic and onion in pan,add chicken and other ingredient's in pan with Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur and simmer to perfection.
Special Spicy Southern BBQ Wings
1/2 cup Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
3 slices of bacon, finely chopped
2 cups ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Juice of 1 lemon
2 dozen chicken wings
Lightly brown onion with chopped bacon. Remove from heat. Add Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur, ketchup, brown sugar, salt, chili powder and lemon juice; simmer slowly for 10 minutes. Broil or grill wings, basting often with sauce. Makes 2 dozen chicken wings. Eat up.
Nate's Whiskey Burgers

2lbs of hamburger meat (less than 15% fat)
About 2 oz. of Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur
1 large yellow onion
2 Large Celery sticks or 4 smaller ones.
2 eggs
2 slices of wheat bread or a hefty handful of oatmeal (I use bread).
About a teaspoon and a half of course ground Black pepper
About an ounce of A1 sauce
Four or five splorts of Whats'isheresauce (Worchester sauce)
About a heaping teaspoon full of Oregano (grind between the palms of your hands)
About a tablespoon full of Garlic powder
LARGE hamburger buns
1 Large mixing bowl
(This makes about 6 to 8 burgers)

MR. WEED'S WORLD FAMOUS TURDUCKEN

Ingredients

Birds:
20 lb turkey
3-4 lb duck
3-4 lb chicken

Turducken Seasoning:
2 tablespoons onion powder
3 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons dried oregano leaves
2 tablespoons dried sweet basil
1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves
2 tablespoons black pepper
1 tablespoon white pepper
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon celery seed
5 tablespoons sweet paprika

Stuffing:
Andouille dressing
Cornbread dressing
Oyster dressing

Directions:
- Debone all 3 birds.
- Take your Turducken Seasoning ingredients and combine in a food processor.
- Season the turkey all over, inside and out, with the Turducken Seasoning.
- Lay the turkey skin down, on its back.
- Stuff andouille dressing into the leg, thigh and wing cavities of the turkey (not too tightly).
- Cover the remainder of the top facing turkey in a layer of andouille dressing.
- Season the duck all over with your Turducken Seasoning.
- Lay the duck on its back, on top of the andouille dressing layer.
- Layer the exposed duck with a lighter layer of dressing, this time using the cornbred dressing.
- Do the same with the chicken and the oyster dressing.
- Place a couple of garlic cloves on the chicken, as well as rosemary, basil and black pepper to taste.
- Fold the sides of the turkey to close the bird and set in pan for roasting.
- Sew up the bird and cook breast up for 12 hours at 190 degrees.
- Collect the drippings for use later in your gravy.
- Carefully remove your bird and take it outside to your deep fryer.
- Use 4-5 gallons of peanut oil seasoned with your favorite herbs and spices.
- Cook the turducken in the deep fryer for 30 minutes. Make certain you are not under a covered shelter like your garage and are on a flat surface.
- Use leftover drippings to combine with the drippings collected from the turducken roast and add 2-3 cups of Jeremiah Weed Bourbon Liqueur to the stock to make some of the best gravy imaginable.
- Enjoy.
